DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC, is excited to share that Jacqueline Goralczyk, a founding member,
is embarking on a new opportunity to further leverage her extensive experience in cybersecurity
and data privacy. Ms. Goralczyk will maintain an external general counsel role with the firm.

experience and meaningful relationships built during my tenure here,” said Ms. Goralczyk. “While
my decision to pursue this opportunity was not an easy one, I am delighted that our collaboration

In conjunction with this transition, Karen DeAngelus, co-founding member, will assume
responsibilities as the managing member. The firm will be rebranded as the DeAngelus Group
PLLC and will continue to focus on its core practice areas: Real Estate, Trust and Estates, and
Corporate Law.
